RETURNS

Returns are eligible for store credit or a refund to the original payment within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted. The HSWISP tag MUST be attached to the item. If it is not, it will not be accepted for a return. We do not accept exchanges at this point in time. To complete your return, your packing slip is required. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns:

We are not offering returns for international orders at this time.

  • Returning Sale Items:

All sale items, including those purchased using a sale code, are FINAL sale! We will not be refunding or issuing a store credit if you purchase one of our sale items. Since these are final sale, please do not ship them back to us. We will not issue any refund and will charge a shipping fee to have the item returned back to you.

Code “WINTERSALE” for 50% off that was active FEBRUARY 2021 is a final sale code. If items are purchased using this code, they are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address. Please be sure you put in your correct address at checkout. If the item is sent back to us, you will need to pay our $7.00 shipping fee before we send it back out to you. If you notice that you put in the wrong address at checkout, please email [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that we can have your address changed in time, so please make sure you enter the correct address before completing the purchase.

Inspection and Processing

a. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.

b. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.

c. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Exchanges

a. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

a. Report defective or damaged items within 7 days of receiving the order.

b. Provide clear photos and a detailed description when reporting issues.

c. Our customer support team will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
